Starting a new business? Have a business but aren’t sure whether you chose the right entity? Join us for this workshop where business attorney Galia Aharoni Schmidt will be discussing the main types of business entities. This includes how to set them up, stay in compliance, and choose the best one for you. The focus will be on sole proprietorships, general partnerships, LLCs, and corporations, but questions about other types of entities are welcome.
This workshop is perfect for someone who is starting a business but doesn’t know what is the right entity for them, or someone who already owns a business but is wondering if their current business entity is most fit for them.
