Encourage your employees to take time off to vote! The California Secretary of State website has free, legally-required notices California employers can print & hang in the workplace. These need to be up at least 10 days before the election. The guidelines employers need to observe are also on this page, such as giving employees time off to vote, & how many of those hours should be paid.
The notices come in many different languages: American English, Spanish, Khmer, Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog, Thai, Japanese & Hindi.
